Banana Bread

Category

When it's a rainy day in Iowa and mom has ripe bananas on the kitchen counter, you make a quick batch of banana bread! Mom has been making this exact recipe since I was a little girl and it will always be my favorite. I love just classic banana bread, but sometimes it is fun to add chocolate chips, nuts and even blueberries to the recipe! So whether you're like me and like your banana bread simple or want it to have that extra topping, this recipe is amazing either way!

As always, let me know if you have any questions about making this recipe. You can make this recipe using either two large loaf pans or four mini loaf pans. If you decide to add in chocolate chips or blueberries, I would bake a little bit longer. Hope y'all are having a great week! 🙂
